Printing a background fill in Word 2003

Okay, weird issue with Word 2003.

I’ve created a document and added a background image with text. I’ve checked the Option for printing the background picture and when previewing, it all looks great.

However, when I print the document, the background image prints in a tile pattern instead of one large image.

Can anyone help!
