printing dbase III in Vista

Just got a VIsta computer and loaded my dbase program. Am unable to print. I get, “Printer not ready” error. I have already selected printer pooling and checked off LPT1. The program runs in XP with a delay, but not in VIsta.

Any help would be appreciated!
