Printing from a Windows 2008 server 64bits to a Windows XP 32bits printer

I am trying to setup a printer on my W2k8 64bits server. The printer I am trying to connect, is connected into a WinXP 32bits machine (HP Laserjet 1200). I want to be able to print reports from the server that otherwise will take a long time to pull up from a client’s PC. HP Universal driver’s installation doesn’t work. Using the dynamic mode will not find my printers on the network and the traditional mode, will not print either. Is it possible to do this setup at all?
