printing from DOS to an Epson Printer

I have a client running an old DOS app under Win98. When they try to print to an Epson LQ 570e dot matrix printer, long jobs get truncated or parts of the reports are missing. I have tried the latest driver. Any ideas about why it wont print long jobs correctly?
