Printing in Office 2000

ok, Netware 5.0 sp 4, win98SE, and Office2000 pro.

NDPS Laserjet 4+ printer via TCP/IP

Novell Client 3.3

Why can a user print multiple copies in all other Windows Apps, ie write, Works v4.5, Netscape, and 2 dos apps, yet no matter how manycopies are checked in the print dialog for Word or Excel, only 1 copy prints?

This applies wether it is via NDPS or connected locally via LPT1.

help please!!!
