Printing in outlook

I have encountered a proplem with printing images in outlook. Someone and done a print screen of a window and pasted in outlook. The recieptient of email is able to view the image on their screen but when printing, only a red X is shown on the print out. Can someone please provide a possible solution to this. I have read and done some of the suggested solutions but they all don’t work.
