Printing issue

I have a user who logs into one of my servers through remote desktop because she is in a different location. She works in Great Plains (Dynamics) and when she prints out a report on her local printer it prints out on two pages, however when i print out the same report on my local printer, it prints out on one page. Her printer is an HP Laserjet 1020 and I am using and HP Laserjet 2100. Her second page only has the total and it can be printed on the first page, for some reason it prints on the second page.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
