Printing issue in Outlook 2003

I have a user that cannot print emails from a specific user on her computer. OS is XP and is using Outlook 2003. When logged in to a different computer using the same specs, she is able to print the email from that specific user. This happens when she is trying to print to a local LJ2100 but also will not print to any network printer. Already have deleted Outlook profile and was working for a couple days, but is back to not being able to print from this specific user.
