printing issue when access report is sent to queue

the application we use is access03 using vba. in printing batches, we use a 3step process: first, we print an Access instructions & rater reports; second, we print an Access prescreening report; lastly, we print application forms in pdf format using active pdf. Whenever we print in batches (1-15), we get a bunch of squares in all documents (in pdf) that are being printed out,and it only does that if we send the access prescreening report to the printer queue. If i comment out the code to print the prescreening report, all documents print fine. This problem is occuring in our runtime environment .mde. with .mdb, we haven’t come across this kind of problem yet. any kind of help will be appreciated, thanks
