printing label from ACT! 2005/ Word 2003

I have a customer who has ACT! 2005, Word 2003, and the new Beta of Word (2007?). They have a Minota DI135 and HP2100. Now here is the problem.
When sending a label print job to the HP (after choosing the correct printer from the list) the job goes to the Minota. Changed the default printer to the HP and the printer settings still show the Minota settings.
Anything possitive at this point would help.
