Printing on windows 7 using the XP virtual Mode

My network is 10.x.xx.x, xp mode is 192.xxx.xx.x. XP mode can ping the computer,by ip, but nothing on the network???

even if i static the xp mode to the 10.x.xx.x network, it still won’t ping

i can map to the 7 using \\tsclient\xxx.xx.xx.xx, but i can not map a printer, any tips.
