Printing Over the Internet

ok guys i did my research but i got no answer, so maybe this will help me. I have a desktop computer at home with win98SE with a HP Officejet printer on it that is shared. I also have an Alienware laptop that is running on winxp. I have a wireless network that is running on these computers with a workgroup and at home i can use the HP Officejet with both the computers. The Alienware is using the printer wirelessly. Now my main problem is this: i go to school with my laptop and the school provides wireless internet for us, i want to be able to connect to my printer from the school’s internet and print documents. my windowns 98SE is not a server or anything. some please help me do this .
