Printing Problem

I work in a K-12 school district, one of the severs is Netware 5. This is also configured as a remote print server. My question is: I have 30 computers and one networked printer in a lab. 24 of those computers are not printing. Everything is configured exactly as the working ones. I checked to see if they were configured to work off line and to see if they were set as default. They are all set as default.The problem occurs when they try and print from word, notepad, and wordpad. I checked the server and everything seems to be in order there also. If anybody has any tips or if there is something I over looked please let me know. Thanks in advanced
