Printing problem

Using Turbo 6.1 & HP 692 color printer. I keep getting a message “lpr: unable to print standard input” when I try to print an html file from Netscape. I look in the queue and there are no print jobs in there. I tried selecting different printers just to see what was up but I get the same message. When I try to print a text file from another app, nothing happens at all. Can someone help me on this? I was hoping I could get a quick fix. I have been doing all this from X windows.
