To run certain applications we have users logon to a windows 2000 terminal server and run the app. The app in question is a proprietary database app.
Problem: when users at a remote location (connected by t1) are in the application and try to print they are disconnected from their session. This does not happen all the time. It happens to some users and not to others. At our central location we do not have this problem. Both locations have win 98 clients that are configured the same. The only difference between the locations are the printers they use. The location without the problem has primarily HP laserjet 4 printers. The location with the problem has HP laserjet 4050n and hp laserjet 8000 series printers. We have tried using the laserjet 4 drivers on these printers but we still have the problem.
Any body know how to solve this?
