Printing problem in Outlook 2003

I have a computer that is running Outlook 2003. It has started printing odd. When you print any HTML emails it starts printing halfway down the page. It only happens in outlook 2003. No other programs. I have already tried reinstalling outlook (not office completely), reinstalled the printer and grabbed updates online. It doesn’t appear to be infected with a virus or anything.
