Printing problem with Outlook Express

I use Outlook Express on a PC running Windows XP. The functionality of the program within the computer environment is perfectly fine. My little problem has to do with printing my e-mail messages. Although the messages look fine and complete on my monitor, when they are printed on paper there is a loss of text which ranges somewhere between 1/2 and 1 1/2 characters on both the left and right margins. I have three printers, and this problem shows up with all of them. I have looked everywhere I can think to check for a solution, and have come up empty.Any suggestions for dealing with this would be sincerely appreciated.
