Printing problems

I have a user who gets this message intermittently when printing from Visual AccountMate: “There was an error writing to \\VBCHFS01\4050TN_Q for the printer (HP LASERJET 4050TN PS): An attempt was made to use a JOIN or SUBST command on a drive that has already been substituted”
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
