Printing Problems

Hi there, A client of mine has recently changed ISP and since then has been unable to print pages from the internet, i have checked the printer settings and the printer works with Wordpad and Microsoft Works. When you look at the web page in print preview it shows a blank page apart from the header and footer. I am getting no assistance from the ISP( BT total broadband). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
