Printing With Terminal Server

My company works with a lot of smaller clients in the medical industry. Many of the clients have remote offices with 1 or 2 client stations. They want to use Win2K Terminal services to attach to the main site. This part has not been an issue. The issue we have had is with printing. I know about Citrix, we use it for our larger clients. I know about Thinprint as well but it has a hefty price tag as well. Are there any means to setup clean printing through Terminal server? Any help would be appreciated.
