Prints blank pages from any Office app

I have a client that has an HP 710C printer and out of the blue, it started printing blank pages – the blank pages appear only on a multiple page document and after the first page. This happens from all Office products. The strange thing is, it prints the second page first, which is blank, then the first page, which prints fine. I have tried replacing the normal.dot template, deleted and re-added the driver and port. Tried a different driver. Anyone have anything else I could try?
