Prioritizing Traffic in my VOIP Device Using Cisco 1800 Series Router

Hello, I need to prioritize traffic(in and out) in my conference appliance with IP 10.x.x.x(Static), we are using cisco 1800 Series Router, so that if there is conference call during peak hour where internet users are heavy, it will avoid voice breaking and picture flickering during conference call.
