private to public IP – terminal

Our LAN is connected to the Internet trough a Nortel Networks Contivity 100 wich acts as proxy, firewall, etc. Our public IP address is dynamic, so I’ve been told I need something like dns2go.
What I don’t know is how to access a particular computer in the LAN since each has a private IP address. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
