Problem

My computer is a very new computer, it is just over a month old. However recently we had a power cut whilst the computer was on when the power cut ended and I rebooted my computer i am prompted to enter safe mode, last known configuration or start windows normally however none of these work but when any is selected a blue screen flashes for 1/2 second then the computer reboots and i am using Windows XP OS.
