Problem Access Sharing from Win 2003 Server

I have 2003 DNS and 2003 File Server with mixed Work stations (XP Pro and NT4.0). When I am accessing the Share folder from Xp WS I am getting access but when I am trying from NT4.0 WS,FS not prmitting to access. But NT and XP systems are accessing the all other servers in the network accept the file server from NT4.0 WS. All the systems are logging into the network but Nt4.0 WS systems having problem with share folder of File server. Any body can help to solve the problem???
