Problem accessing share on a NT Server

I have a NT Server 4/SP6 that (some) Win95 clients have trouble accessing through DOS. Upon rebooting the 95 client, after logging in, the WinNT login script runs. It is a batch file that says “NET USE V: \\Server_1\AVUpdate”. Usually, it says that the sharename cannot be found. I can ping the server, but can’t get to the share. Once inside Windows, I can browse Nethood and find Server_1. After that, I CAN successfully map a drive using the NET USE command. What is the deal? Could it be the ‘_’ in Server_1?
