Problem adding new computer to Active Directory

Hello,

I have one very strange problem. We replaced some computers with new ones and we need to put them in AD with the same names that old computers had. So, let say, one of old computers was named BIBA, and we also need to name the new computer BIBA, because some user accounts from AD should be accessible only from this computer. But when I try to make this new computer member of the group, I get the error message, that computer with name BIBA already exists on the domain, although, old computer is offline.

I hope you understand my problem. My OS is Windows server 2003 Stand.
