Problem booting a compaq deskpro PC

Hi All,

I am getting a strange error while booting my old Compaq Deskpro. It’s giving…

“510-Splash screen image corrupt

Run ROMPaq to restore the default image in the system ROM.

F1: BooT”

After pressing F1, it says that “Non-System Disk”. Press any key to continue.

From all the troubleshooting I can do, I can now be sure of that this is the problem related to ROM firmware and not with the hard disk as it is running fine on other PCs. But I don’t know how to solve this firmware problem of ROM.

I don’t have any ROMPaq CD also. All techies out there, kindly help me in troubleshooting this problem.
