Problem in configuring dhcp on 2 vlns

I have got 400 users in a network with one DHCP server but as network limitations i con’t put more than 254 users on one dhcp.i have one cisco 2950 switch.so plz tell me that is it possible to have two dhcp on one network over different VLANs.

If this is possible than tell me how.
