Problem in Two NIC INstallation in My Mail Server

I have a mail server in which i have installed two NIC one is connected to my LAN and another one is connected to my Internet when i am enbleing both of the NIC the internet is not working but when i am disabled one of the NIC it is working can somebody give me some solution on this
