Problem loading application

I am trying to load a Tiscali installation CD,and the following message appears (This application cannot start,cannot create needed files,no free disc space )I have 15gb free space on H/D,have run scandisc,registry checker.all OK also tried to open it by typing in the run command (D:/Tiscali.exe )any help please.A demented student.TIA
