problem of uninstalling Vmware server from xp?

1)setup has detected that microsoft Internet Information Services(IIS) is not installed or improperly configured in this machine.This component is required by the vmware Management Interface.If u intend to install
and use the vmware server Management Interface,U should install and configure IIS on this machine before u install vmware server.HOw to install and configure IIS on the vmware server?
2)setup has detected that vmware server standalone is already installed on this machine.how to unstall that? i has already remove vmware from add/remove programs after that this problem occur how to uninstall again?
