Problem setting a console login for Cisco Router , need help !

I want to give a user privlege to access the console port of a router, am i do it correctly ?

can anyone tell me why my router can’t accept login command ?

I am getting incomplete command error message.

Router(config-line)#password cisco
Router(config-line)#login
% Incomplete command.

Router(config-line)#login ?
authentication Authentication parameters.
ctrlc-disable Disable CONTROL-C during login.
