problem start when i update windows sp2

this all problem starts when i update the sp2.. my pc run slow notification icon start annoying me saying u might be a victim of software counterfeiting.. now, i uninstall the sp2 updates my yahoo mail wont open and my network connection icon is lost.. pls help how to fix this prob..thanks .. pls bear wt my english words
