problem w/roaming profile on boot

I have a user that just moved PCs, when he logs into the new PC he gets a popup stating that windows could not find his roaming profile etc…

I’ve had the server checked and he currently doesn’t have a roaming profile. How do I get his new machine to stop looking for his old profile that is nolonger available?
