Problem w/ WYSE thin clients and Windows 2003 Server

For some odd reason we are having a problem where the “s” key doesn’t work on the keyboards for our WYSE thin clients. Our thin clients run on our Windows 2003 terminal network. Any ideas why the “s” key isn’t recognized on the clients? We are typically using Dell USB keyboards on our thin clients if this helps.
