Problem with 3D Video Card

hello. I have an NVIDIA M64/32 mb which I would like to install on the AGP slot of my legacy motherboard which is Intel LX 440 Pentium II(wiring board identification number is 35-8800-03). I noticed a significant accumulation of heat to the NVIDIA video card even for just a short period of time. My original video card is Trident 3D Image 975 (4 mb) which had no problems at all. What are the issues on this? thanks in advance.
