Problem with create folder

Hi everyone,

We use windows server 2003 as server and XP as client in client/server network model. Currently, I store all data in server and client access data through share resource. At the begening, all staff work normal

But now, we have a problem with saving data. When user want to create a folder for saving data from email, they created already but the folder has just created didn’t appear on Windows Explorer. And when press Refresh the folder appear. I don’t understand that solution. Anyone know this case and please give me a solution.Any help is very much appreciated.
