Problem with Domain Login

Recently replaced Linksys router to Belkin router.

Afer installed all the systems, I can’t surf my internet. A box prompted me to input “User Name, Password and Domain Login”.

I am not sure what is Domain Login means and I have tried ways to key in my User Name as well as Password. But it doesn’t seems to work.

Anyone encounter such issue? Please help.
