problem with Exchange Server.

Hi! I’ve got a problem with Exchange Server. There is an error: “Errors have been detected in the File Outlook.ost”. I don’t want to lose my outlook account! It’s full of important mail for me! Please help. Thanks. (Office 2010, win7 32 bit.)
