Problem with folder lock 7.5.1 windows 7 ultimate

I have download folder lock in drive D , and drive D is locked by folder lock
still its not working if i open the folder lock it give an error ” the item referred to by this shortcut can’t be accessed . you may not have the appropriate permissions ”
and then i download iobit uninstaller to force uninstall,and then ” the item referred to by this shortcut can’t be accessed . you may not have the appropriate permissions ” shows again. please help me, what should i do ?
