Problem with HP DeskJet 855c Ptr

I have a HP 855c DeskJet ptr and I am having problems with it feeding a page and a half and not printing. The HP support site was of no help. I was curiuos if there was a way to obtain a service manual or if anyone knows where I may find the resolution to my problem. Obtaining a service manual would be my best bet.
