problem with httpmail download and Apple’s mail program

I have an MSN mail account and just got a MacBook. I am hoping to use Apple’s mail program as my primary email program and much prefer it to accessing email through a browser.

So I downloaded the httpmail attachment for Apple Mail which is supposed to help with MSN compatibility issues. However, I cannot seem to connect to the MSN server through the program still. I followed the directions and just want to verify what the settings are that I am supposed to select?

Incoming mail server
Outgoing mail server
email address
password

Anything else?
