Problem with IE5 forms

Hello,
I’ve installed IE5 over previous installation of IE4, and when i write inside a box (forms, like a login and password form)IE5 hangs for about 3-4 minutes. I can write over the first box of the form, but when i press TAB to change box, IE5 hangs.
Someone knows what’s goin’ on?
