Problem with LAN for Internet

Hello to all.
I am Network Administrator and since last few days I am facing a strange error my LAN. LAN is working properly and also ping is displays correct reply from server and broadband side, but internet does not working in any where in the clients please help me what to do to solve the problem and start internet.
