Problem with MS Outlook

On one of my WINNT workstation 4.0. Office 97 is installed with MS Outlook. The user is having problem in starting the application on his logon. After clicking Outlook icon. The application starts and hangs at first screen. Task manager is showing the application as RUNNING. When I log in as administrator the application runs fine.

Any idea … what’s the problem?
