Problem with Ms. Word 2003

Hello Everyone

i need urgent help with Ms. Word 2003.

I configured Windows 2003 Server, and allow my users to access the machine via RDC(Remote Desktop Connection) to use few applications. everything is working fine except the Ms. Word. as a user click Ms. word from start menu the following information message displays everytime “An Error Occurrred and this feature is no longer functioning properly. please run Setup and select Repair… to restore the applicaton”, after clicking the only available button OK the word start working normally. but if we log in from admin account Ms. word is working fine.
