Problem with Multiple Disclaimers in Exchange 2003 as per Microsoft Article

Hi all,
I have done the steps mentioned in Microsoft article to add disclaimer in Exchange 2003 server. When I tested, it is working fine. Now i face another issue. When I send a mail from My doamin to another domain disclaimer is added. The receipient replies to that mail. When i reply to that mail one more disclaimer is being added.Becuase of this multiple disclaimers are added when mails are being replied. can anyone of you let me know the solution to this issue.
