Problem with my Dell Lattitude C510 – c610

Hi

I have a C510 – c610.I have only had the internet fo 3 days only to find out that my Laptop does not work examaple

When i press the button it loads up then when i have to click on user 1 or user 2 the screen is blank.

I would be very grateful for your help
