Problem with my printer

I have a canon BJC 3000 printer, and I cannot get my black ink to work. I’ve tried cleaning the outside surface of the ink cartridge holder (with a wet paper towel), and replacing the black ink cartridge, but it has not made a difference.

Let me know if you’ve had a similar problem!
